Returns

At Racket Evolution, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your SOLO X1 Pro Pickleball Paddle, you may request a refund or replacement.

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all purchases made directly from racketevolve.com. This guarantee does not apply to items purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party websites.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

To request a return or exchange, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@racketevolve.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Ensure that the paddle is in its original condition and packaging.
  3. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or send a replacement.


Return Shipping

  • If the product is being returned due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is due to personal preference or an incorrect order, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

Please Note:

  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us at support@racketevolve.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, contact us at support@racketevolve.com with your order details and a description of the issue.


Guarantee Guidelines

  • Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is limited to the original end-user purchaser and applies only to purchases made from racketevolve.com or authorized sellers.
  • We reserve the right to verify proof of purchase and deny Guarantee requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse.
