What Does the Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing Defects: Issues related to materials or craftsmanship.
- Structural Damage: De-lamination, cracking, or warping not caused by improper use.
What Isn’t Covered?
Our warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including surface scratches, edge guard scuffing, and fading graphics.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care (e.g., hitting the paddle on hard surfaces).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
How to File a Warranty Claim
If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, follow these steps to file a claim:
- Contact Us: Email support@riftpickleball.com with the subject line “Warranty Claim”.
- Provide Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or receipt and the date of purchase.
- Describe the Issue: Provide a detailed explanation of the problem and attach clear photos or videos showing the damage.
Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days.
What Happens Next?
If your claim is approved:
- We will provide a replacement paddle or repair the item at no additional cost.
- In some cases, we may issue a store credit or refund if a replacement is unavailable.
If your claim is denied:
- We will provide a detailed explanation and may offer alternative solutions or discounts on future purchases.
Warranty Guidelines
- Warranty claims must be submitted within 1 year of the purchase date.
- We reserve the right to verify proof of purchase and inspect the paddle before issuing a replacement or refund.
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.
